 The On-Trade Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales and distribution activities, with a focus on brand building, increasing brand awareness among customers, and ensuring the optimal market position for Brown-Forman brands within OT. This role works closely with and supports the OT Channel Sales Manager. The On-Trade Sales Supervisor is accountable for achieving both personal and team goals, and for managing and developing a team of distributors.
 
 
 
 On-Trade(OT) Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Implements the overall OT sales strategy and guides the teams of B-F business partners in the application of these strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Makes point-of-sale visits in line with the sales steps, in accordance with company standards, and according to the routes approved by the OT Channel Sales Manager.
 </li>

 Makes commercial visits to OT sales points; establishes business partnerships with the visited points, and maintains these partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for the physical availability of new and seasonal products in all store formats in their region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for the sales (distributor purchases and field sales), distribution, and visibility of B-F products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures optimal stock levels at sales points and ensures that products are displayed in compliance with B-F standards, legal recommendations, and internal regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for applying the brands according to the determined planograms and positioning the POSM materials in the best possible way.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures the budgets allocated for activities are applied appropriately and efficiently, in line with installation mechanics, deadlines, and the company&rsquo;s applicable standards.

 Aligns the investments with the company's strategic objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for including potential new OT channel sales points operating in their region in the coverage. Provides guidance to the teams of B-F business partners in this regard.

 Implements the opening and/or closing of On-trade Channel sales points in the system in line with company standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Makes regional analyzes that supports increasing the sales of B-F brands and the realization of company targets, prepares action plans and implements these plans together with the teams of B-F business partners.

 <li>
 Ensures the proper implementation of sales campaigns/promotional activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guarantees the responsible territory consistently achieves top-tier results.
 </li>

 Holds regular meetings with the sales team of B-F business partners. Provides guidance to the sales teams in line with company strategies.

 Distributor Management

 Responsible for communication and coordination with distributors.
 </li>
 <li>
 The candidate monitors the compliance of the distributors &amp; operations with B-F standards and legal processes, and takes action, when necessary, by coordinating with the Area Sales Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supports the Area Sales Manager in the creation of distributor orders and manages distributor product purchase targets by considering optimum stock levels and predicting field sales performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure business needs and takes action in coordination with OT Channel Sales Manager as needed.
 </li>

 Works in coordination with distributors for business development opportunities (Number of sales representatives required, regional organization planning, competitive analysis within the region, etc.).

 Submits expected data, reports, and activity evaluations on time, according to the standards and procedures valid within the company.

 Responsible for timely reporting in line with B-F standards through Panorama and, if applicable, Vispera (collecting data on B-F products, market data, data on serviced customers, and information on competitors&rsquo; activities in the market).

 Holds regular meetings with the On-Trade Channel Manager to provide feedback and insights on the status of the work and shares action plans when needed.

 Responsible for maintaining the customer database in their region accurately and up-to-date.

 Maintains operations in the responsible territory in compliance with company standards.
 </li>

 Regularly monitors the performance of the investments of the territory.

 Acts as a Brand Ambassador for the B-F portfolio. Coordinates the preparation and delivery of specific product training for the sales staff of B-F business partners.

 What You Bring To The Table

 Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably within the same category/field

The Area Sales Manager performs sales and distribution related tasks with activities aimed at brand building, increasing brand awareness among customers, and strives for the best possible market position for Brown-Forman brands at TT. The person in this position supports and cooperates with TT Channel Sales Manager. This role is responsible for meeting and executing personal and team goals. The Area Sales Manager manages and develops a team of Sales Supervisors.

What You Can Expect
Team management:
<ul><li>Leads the sales supervisor team and the team of B-F business partners.</li>
<li>Regularly coaches and develops the competencies of the Sales Supervisors in their team. (During field visits, 1 to 1 meeting, PGP, development plan, talent pooling, etc.)</li>
<li>Supports and develops the Supervisor team and the teams of B-F business partners through regular feedback, effective communication, listening to ideas, and open-mindedness to change.</li>
<li>Provides effective communication between the region and KA, traditional channels, On Trade, Marketing/Commercial Marketing and Finance.</li>
<li>Holds regular weekly sales meetings with Sales Supervisors to update results and gain improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Make field visits with Sales Representatives and Sales Supervisors at least once a week.</li>
<li>Leads B-F Values and D&amp;I in the traditional channel team and distributor teams.</li>
</ul>Off-Trade &ndash; TT
<ul><li>Applies the traditional channel sales strategy in its region.</li>
<li>Creates action plans based on concrete analysis and delivers the strategic plan of his/her territory.</li>
<li>Makes regular visits to TT sales points in order to strengthen business partnerships with sales points in its region and to expand its scope.</li>

<ul><li>Applies the distributor agreement and terms of trade.</li>
<li>Responsible for communication and coordination with distributors.</li>
<li>Monitors the compliance of the distributors &amp; operations with B-F standards and legal processes, and takes action, when necessary, by coordinating with TT Channel Sales Manager.</li>
<li>Ensures that the distributors in its region are managed in line with monthly and annual targets.</li>
<li>Creates distributor orders and manages distributor product purchase targets by considering optimum stock levels and predicting field sales performance.</li>
<li>Ensure business needs and takes action in coordination with TT Channel Sales Manager as needed.</li>
<li>Regularly checks and monitors operational costs such as distributors cost per sales representative, distributors &amp; open accounts in the market, credit limits of distributor-provided sales points, distributors &amp; average collection days in the market, distributors&amp; stock day adequacy, and makes action plans if necessary.</li>
<li>Works in coordination with distributors for business development opportunities (Number of sales representatives required, regional organization planning, competitive analysis within the region, etc.)</li>
</ul>What You Bring to the Table
<ul><li>Demonstrable sales experience from a global FMCG company</li>
