This role is perfect for someone who loves creating social media content, designing graphics, capturing photos and video, and bringing brands to life online.Position OverviewThe Digital &amp; Social Content Creator will support the marketing team by creating compelling content across social media, digital marketing channels, and in-store campaigns. This person will play a key role in showcasing our products, people, stores, and communities through photography, video, graphic design, and storytelling.The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, stays current on social media trends, and enjoys bringing creative ideas to life.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation<ul><li>Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, e-commerce, and other digital channels.</li><li>Capture and edit photo and video content featuring products, employees, customers, and community events.</li><li>Produce short-form video content, including Reels, TikToks, and social-first video campaigns.</li><li>Assist with content planning and execution for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.</li><li>Stay current on social media trends, formats, and best practices.</li></ul>Graphic Design<ul><li>Design digital assets for social media, email marketing, website promotions, and advertising campaigns.</li><li>Create graphics that align with Browns Shoe Fit's brand standards and visual identity.</li><li>Support local store marketing initiatives with customized promotional materials.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign visuals.</li></ul>Social Media Support<ul><li>Assist in managing social media channels.</li><li>Schedule and publish content across platforms.</li><li>Monitor social engagement and assist with community management.</li><li>Help identify opportunities for user-generated content and customer storytelling.</li></ul>Store &amp; Community Content<ul><li>Travel periodically to store locations to capture content and highlight community involvement.</li><li>Tell authentic stories that showcase Browns Shoe Fit employees, customers, and local events.</li><li>Support store openings, promotions, community partnerships, and special events through content creation.</li></ul>Creative Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with the marketing team and social media manager to execute campaigns across digital and traditional channels.</li><li>Contribute ideas for new content series, campaigns, and social media initiatives.</li><li>Assist with photography, video production, and creative projects as needed.</li></ul>QualificationsRequired<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in content creation, social media, graphic design, marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, graphic design, and/or social media content.</li><li>Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms.</li><li>Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.</li><li>Basic video editing experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.</li><li>Strong writing and communication skills.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience working with a retail, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or consumer brand.</li><li>Photography and videography skills.</li><li>Experience using social media scheduling tools and content management platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with email marketing and digital advertising creative.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
