Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences through crafting delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes</li><li>Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations</li><li>Operate Cash Registers and handle cash transactions accurately</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations</li><li>Upsell drinks and menu items to maximize sales</li><li>Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience working as a Bartender</li><li>Proficiency in using a POS system</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of mixing and serving drinks</li><li>Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer</li><li>Understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Valid certifications for serving alcohol, and food and handling</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeExperience:<ul><li>Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>POS: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Serving: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Brownwood, TX 76801 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Brownwood, TX 76801: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
