 This is a high touch B2B enterprise customer role, where you&rsquo;ll shape digital adoption strategies, accelerate value realization, and be the voice of the customer across our business.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Will Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise and mid-market accounts across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identify &amp; align software adoption &amp; expansion to customer&rsquo;s business outcomes and continuously measure delivery of business outcomes&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead business reviews, success planning, and strategic check-ins aligned to measurable outcomes and KPIs with C-level executives to daily users&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with customer as a thought leader in driving business transformation, workflow optimization, and adoption of digital first workflows&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop &amp; roll out scalable customer success programs and contribute to evolving playbooks, templates, and processes.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Inspire customers with industry best practices and cross pollinate knowledge to encourage steady adoption &amp; value realization&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and support to ensure consistent, value-driven customer experiences&nbsp;&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales to drive cross-sell/upsell conversations&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Own portfolio health, product usage leading to above average renewals &amp; growth targets&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify &amp; proactively manage account risks and is able to maintain below average churn rates&nbsp;
 </li>

 Who You Are:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5&ndash;7+ years of experience in high touch customer success, account management in B2B Enterprise SaaS or engagement, account Management in top tier consulting firm&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong commercial acumen with experience in achieving consistent renewals targets and driving expansions&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to translate technology into business value and ROI-driven narratives.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, strategic thinker with strong presentation and facilitation skills&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort working across global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in fashion or retail tech preferred but not mandatory.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in spoken/written english is mandatory &amp; fluency in spoken mandarin/vietnamese preferred, not mandatory.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 </li>
