We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our esteemed educational institution. As an English Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering strong language skills, promoting a love for literature, and developing effective communication abilities in students. The ideal candidate will have a solid command of the English language, excellent instructional skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for inspiring students to become lifelong learners.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and deliver engaging and comprehensive English language and literature lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.</li><li>Teach various aspects of English, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and literary analysis, to students at the assigned grade level(s).</li><li>Utilise a variety of instructional methods, resources, and technologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.</li><li>Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and creativity.</li><li>Assess and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.</li><li>Cultivate a love for literature by introducing students to a variety of literary genres, authors, and works.</li><li>Develop students' writing skills, including essay composition, creative writing, and effective communication.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the English curriculum, ensuring its alignment with educational standards and objectives.</li><li>Stay updated with current trends, research, and best practices in English language and literature education, integrating innovative and effective instructional techniques into lessons.</li><li>Establish and maintain effective communication with parents/guardians, colleagues, and other stakeholders to support student development.</li><li>Participate in professional development activities, conferences, and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of the latest developments in English education.</li><li>Perform administrative tasks, including grading assignments, maintaining attendance records, and preparing progress reports.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).</li><li>Teaching certification or license in English or relevant subject area.</li><li>Proven experience teaching English language and literature to students at the assigned grade level(s).</li><li>Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.</li><li>Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes language acquisition and effective communication.</li><li>Proficient in integrating technology and digital resources into English instruction.</li><li>Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and adapt to changing educational trends.</li><li>Passion for teaching and a commitment to the academic and personal growth of students.</li></ul>If interested, share your updated profile to brsglobal@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;34,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
