Responsibilities:
<div>
The<b> Material Handler I</b> is responsible for inventory management, cycle count, receipt of goods, and kitting customer orders. Additional responsibilities could include processing domestic shipping orders.</div><div></div><div><br>
Essential Functions:</div><ul><li>
Accept receipt of products and ensure that materials are in good condition</li><li>
Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices</li><li>
Operate effectively in our ERP system for goods receipts and to create and process production orders and shipments</li><li>
Maintain all records related to incoming goods</li><li>
Reject unsatisfactory items as required, and assess the need to file claims with carrier</li><li>
Participate in weekly cycle counts, and assist with reconciliation of item variance</li><li>
Kitting raw materials into finished goods using Standard Operating Procedures</li><li>
Process customer orders through the NAV ERP system</li><li>
Verify inventory locations and availability for shipment against requirements specified in purchase orders</li><li>
Physically package all outbound shipments to domestic and international customers</li><li>
Fulfill internal orders of consumable lab supplies and reagents</li><li>
Manage on-hand inventory and interact with purchasing to ensure sufficient inventory to meet requirements</li><li>

Qualifications:

2-4 years of direct work experience in a warehouse environment, managing inventories and kitting customer orders</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required</li><li>
Prior warehouse and inventory management experience preferred</li><li>
Team player with proven ability to work well under pressure and constant deadlines</li><li>
Problem-solving skills with the ability to seek alternative solutions for dilemmas and problems</li><li>
Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up</li><li>
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, especially Outlook and Excel</li><li>
Professional aptitude, presentation and demeanor</li><li>
Detail-oriented</li><li>
Can quickly learn new skills and is adaptable to rapid change</li><li>

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $16.44 per hr./ $34,200 yr and $28,37 per hour/ $59,000yr. and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position. Bruker India is looking for an experienced <b>Remote Support Engineer (Analytical Instruments</b>) to be based in based in <b>Bengaluru, India.</b></div>
Responsibilities:
<div><b>
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</b></div><ul><li>
Work remotely with customers to diagnose BAXS instruments like Xray diffractometers, Fluorescence spectrometers ,Single crystal diffractometers, Optical emission spectrophotometers including but not limited to.</li><li>
Diagnose, test, develop, optimize, communicate, and execute the most efficient solution plan for complex electromechanical hardware/software instrument issues, operations and training related issues.</li><li>
Optimize instrument and/or accessory performance to meet specification.</li><li>
Create and maintain record of activity in support database</li><li>
Provide a great customer experience through the entire support process</li><li>
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root cause of their instrument issues.</li><li>
Effectively communicate with end-users to understand the technical issues or concerns via various channels (phone, email, Chat etc.) to identify and resolve them within short time.</li><li>
If the first level customer support is unsuccessful, using ticket management and transferring call will be pushed to second level remote support team</li><li>
If job demands for onsite support, engineer should travel and support customers within short notice.</li><li>
Experience in dealing with analytical instruments like spectrophotometers, X-ray based instruments or optical measuring systems is a must</li><li>
Leverage internal technical expertise, including peers, mentors, knowledge base, community forums and other internal tools, to provide the most effective solutions to customer issues.</li><li>
Build knowledge base to reduce reliance over time on other internal resources.</li><li>
Contribute to internal technical knowledge base and publish Frequently Asked Questions to enable customer self-support.</li><li>
Accurately document and update tickets in the tracking systems. Ability to maintain a personal queue of open requests.</li><li>
Maintain communication with the customers on the status of all open tickets. All responses should be professional, complete, well formatted, and consistent with prior communications and Corporate Identity.</li><li>
Future outbound activities as follow up possible (updates, surveys)</li><li>
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical support teams</li><li>
Provide necessary information/observations/logs - all the required data to next level support or R&amp;D team to diagnose a reported/escalated problem.</li><li>
