Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Chicago, IL (Warehous based, On-site) Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Operations Lead Pay: $18.00 &ndash; $22.00 per hour Job Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support our fast-growing team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient workflow, inventory accuracy, and team productivity across all fulfillment processes&mdash;including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership &amp; Operations Management<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities across inbound, outbound, and inventory functions</li><li>Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity meets operational targets</li><li>Train, coach, and onboard new warehouse staff</li><li>Act as the point of contact for operational issue resolution and escalations</li></ul>Inbound &amp; Receiving<ul><li>Oversee receiving operations from truck, air, and ocean shipments</li><li>Verify goods accurately against documentation</li><li>Monitor quality checks for damages and discrepancies</li><li>Ensure timely system updates using scanners/PDA</li></ul>Storage &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Ensure proper put-away and organization of inventory</li><li>Maintain accurate bin locations and improve warehouse layout efficiency</li><li>Lead cycle counts and support inventory audits</li><li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies</li></ul>Order Fulfillment &amp; Shipping<ul><li>Supervise picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Ensure correct labeling (including FBA and carrier-specific requirements)</li><li>Coordinate daily shipments with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL)</li><li>Monitor fulfillment KPIs and improve workflow efficiency</li></ul>Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment</li><li>Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and tools</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to reduce risk and increase efficiency</li></ul>RequirementsBasic Requirements<ul><li>Authorized to work legally in the United States (required)</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)</li></ul>Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>Minimum 1+ year of warehouse supervisory or management experience (apparel/footwear preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory)</li><li>Experience with warehouse systems, scanners, and basic computer tools (Excel preferred)</li><li>Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards</li><li>Reliable, responsible, and proactive</li><li>Hands-on problem-solver mindset</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
