Position Overview:</div><div>
As part of the Supplier Development team, you will be responsible for developing, qualifying, and improving suppliers for non-metallic components, specifically cowling assemblies. This role focuses on building supplier capability, driving process excellence, and ensuring robust quality systems for new product families and tooling transfers. You will work cross-functionally to support design reviews, APQP deliverables, and continuous improvement initiatives that enable successful launches and long-term supplier performance.</div><div></div><div>

Essential Functions:</i></div><ul><li>
Supplier Development &amp; Qualification - onboard new suppliers for non-metallic cowling components.</li><li>
Conduct supplier capability assessments, audits, and feasibility reviews.</li><li>
Develop and implement supplier improvement plans to meet quality, delivery, and productivity targets.</li><li>
Process &amp; Tooling Readiness<ul><li>
Oversee tooling transfers and validate installation and readiness at new supplier sites.</li><li>
Ensure suppliers establish robust process controls and meet APQP requirements.</li><li>
Support development of PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.</li></ul></li><li>
APQP &amp; PPAP Execution<ul><li>
Lead suppliers through APQP phases for new product launches and transfers.</li><li>
Review and approve PPAP submissions, including dimensional analysis, material certifications, and capability studies.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards for non-metallic components.</li></ul></li><li>
Continuous Improvement<ul><li>
Drive supplier process improvements using Lean Six Sigma, and best practices.</li><li>
Monitor supplier performance metrics (PPM, OTD, capability) and implement corrective actions.</li><li>
Facilitate supplier training programs to enhance quality awareness and technical capability.</li></ul></li><li>
Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>
Partner with Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality teams to align design requirements and launch timelines.</li><li>
Support design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and process capability.</li></ul></li></ul><div></div><div>

Required Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering or related technical field.</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in supplier quality, development, or manufacturing engineering.</li><li>
Knowledge of non-metallic manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, composite layup).</li><li>
Strong understanding of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans.</li><li>
Familiarity with DOE, SPC, GD&amp;T, and mold flow analysis.</li><li>
Proven problem-solving skills (8D, A3, 5-Why, Fishbone).</li><li>
Ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications.</li><li>
Excellent communication and project management skills.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Business Travel Expectations</div><ul><li>
This position will require regular day and/or overnight business travel by auto or airplane, up to 40%.</li></ul><div></div><div>
The anticipated pay range for this position is $72,000 - $115,300 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate&rsquo;s qualifications and the business context.</div><div></div><div>

The Sr. Channel Manager, Amazon , is a critical member of the Brunswick Specialty Retail Enablement team, representing Navico Group to support in achieving incremental sales growth on Amazon. This role supports Brunswick business units to manage and optimize our brands&rsquo; presence on Amazon in service of shared channel growth objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the cross-functional execution and promotion of the company&rsquo;s product listings, and ensuring the implementation of marketing strategies meets the business channel objectives to drive sales growth profitably and minimizing conflict with key partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence, optimize advertising and promotional efforts, and improve the product launch process. The ideal candidate has experience with Amazon, an understanding of the Amazon flywheel levers, is results- and execution-oriented and has exposure to omnchannel go-to-market models. This role will also be instrumental in establishing ways of working process and playbooks that can be adopted Enterprise-wide to mature Amazon channel activities and working cross-functionally in a matrix environment.</div></div><div></div><div><div>

Business Representation: Serve as the liaison to the business ensuring that the Center of Excellence is prioritizing the business needs, feeding the business channel insights and guiding the business in their decision-making. Operate as the primary representative to the business on Amazon channel enablement activities and day-to-day channel activations</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Specialty Retail Channel Strategy Support: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies tailored to specialty retail channels, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Merchandising and Content Strategy: Create the merchandising strategy by brand, providing direction on content prioritization, launch priorities and promotional support in collaboration with the Division Channel team, Digital Shelf and Performance Marketing teams.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Advertising &amp; Marketing: Work closely with the Division and Performance Marketing teams to plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives to drive sales growth.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Data Analysis &amp; Reporting: Working closely with the Channel Analyst, monitor key performance metrics, analyze sales trends, and generate reports to provide actionable insights that improve profitability and efficiency.</div></li></ul></div><div></div><div><div>

Occasional travel required to visit the customer in Seattle, attend events, and attend QBRs in Menomonee Falls.</div><div></div><div>
The anticipated pay range for this position is $100,900-160,800 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
