<div>The Virginia Beach Campus of Bryant &amp; Stratton College is seeking a full-time Associate Professor to teach in our Nursing Program.

Essential Job Functions:
<ul>
<li>Teach clinical and/or theory classes in one or more areas depending on transcript review.</li>
<li>Provide regular skills assistance and tutoring.</li>
<li>Attend mandatory meetings.</li>
<li>Collaborate with nursing faculty in developing and evaluating course curriculum, learning support, and assessments.</li>
<li>Implement and evaluate strategies for improved student retention and success.</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge and skills and model lifelong learning through continuous professional development, including completing and maintaining a teaching portfolio and relevant professional certifications.</li>
<li>Serve on campus committees and participate in campus events.</li>
<li>Be available to teach day, evening, and/or weekend classes or clinicals.</li>
<li>Travel required to various clinical sites.</li>
<li>Other related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Position Requirements:
<ul>
<li>MS-Nursing preferred and current unencumbered Virginia RN license required.</li>
<li>Successful instruction in higher education setting preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of two (2) years direct client care experience as a registered nurse required.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of computer software (e-mail, Microsoft Word, etc.).</li>
<li>Demonstrated commitment to professional development and student success.</li>
<li>Strong team player.</li>

Associate Professor - Nursing

Location: Orchard Park, NY This position is performed onsite, however, there are opportunities to work a hybrid schedule based on tenure and performance. Position Summary: The Contact Center Representative position supports college-wide enrollment efforts by providing a high volume of recruitment related call support to prospective students. This position is best suited to someone who prefers a fast-paced, team environment and possesses the ability to establish relationships over the phone. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Productivity: Call, contact and connect prospective students to one of the Bryant &amp; Stratton College admissions offices via warm phone transfer. Conversion: Meet or exceed established phone and conversion goals for each session/semester, including Close %. Documentation: Capture and record lead/marketing data across multiple systems both timely and accurately. Persuasion: Deliver prepared scripting to potential students, using persuasion and relationship building skills to encourage persistence through the enrollment process. Time Management: Provide students and inbound callers with a world-class student experience by effectively managing time. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays; Secondary holidays may be a scheduled work day. Reports To: Contact Center Leader Salary: $39,000 per year ($18.75 per hour). Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assists with the hiring, scheduling, development and evaluation of subject area professors.</li>
<li>Assists in coaching, training, and providing information to subject area professors.</li>
<li>Monitors course materials to ensure course outcomes are met and rigor is upheld.</li>
<li>Ensures all documentation, reporting, and instructional activities follow all standards, competencies, policies, and guidelines as set forth by Bryant &amp; Stratton College.</li>
<li>Develops, implements, and assesses strategies and techniques for improved student outcomes.</li>
<li>Teaches 0 to 9 contact hours.</li>
<li>Serves on College committees as needed and participates in campus events.</li>
<li>Models lifelong learning and ensures program quality through continuous professional development and maintenance of a professional teaching portfolio.</li>
<li>Provides and facilitates skills assistance, tutoring, and workshops related to Liberal Arts, including Liberal Art Boot Camps.</li>
<li>Assists in developing course blueprints and business connects.</li>
<li>Other responsibilities as assigned by the Dean.</li>

Education and Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must possess a master&rsquo;s degree in related field.</li>
<li>Professional experience with supervisory experience preferred.</li>
<li>Demonstrated excellence in classroom instruction.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and exceptional written and oral communications skills as well as competence in developing others, maintaining confidentiality, managing detail, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong team player with demonstrated ability to forge supportive partnerships within and between departments.</li>
