This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, understands the social media ecosystem deeply, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth fashion education brand.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for</li><li>YouTube (Reels, Shorts, Posts)</li><li>Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts)</li><li>Facebook</li><li>Google My Business (short videos, posts, updates)</li><li>Handle complete video lifecycle: concept &rarr; shoot &rarr; edit &rarr; publish &rarr; analyze</li><li>Use OBS Studio for recording livestreams, screen content, and tutorials</li><li>Optimize videos for engagement, retention, and platform-specific algorithms</li><li>Regularly explore and use the latest AI tools and editing software to improve content quality and speed</li><li>Manage uploads, captions, thumbnails, and metadata for all platforms</li><li>Maintain content library and archives systematically</li><li>Stay updated with trends, audio, and editing styles on social platforms</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience</li><li>Proficient in OBS Studio for live and recorded content</li><li>Working knowledge of Google My Business posting</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms and their publishing dashboards</li><li>Good English communication and comprehension skills</li><li>Minimum 12th standard education (higher preferred)</li><li>Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
