Responsibilities:
<ul><li>The Clinical Education RN is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating education programs to support clinical staff competency, professional development, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>
This role serves as a subject matter expert, mentor, and facilitator for nursing and allied health education across the organization, ensuring excellence in patient care through evidence-based practice and continuous learning</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<div>
Job Requirements:</div><ul><li><p>
Current and valid RN license in Texas.</p></li><li><p>
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).</p></li><li>
Enrolled in Masters of Nursing (MSN) program.</li><li>
Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of recent clinical experience in acute care nursing.</li><li><p>
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.</p></li><li><p>
Advanced Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 30 days of hire.</p></li></ul><div>
Preferred Job Requirements:</div><ul><li>
Experience in staff education, clinical instruction, or professional development.</li><li><p>
Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC) or Clinical Education</p></li></ul></div>

Learn About a Day in the Life of a PCT:</b></div><div></div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Works in an entry-level position providing basic patient care under nursing supervision.
</li><li>Assists patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and other ADLs.
</li><li>Observes patients&rsquo; progress to prepare and disseminate reports to the Nurse.
</li><li>Obtains and records patients' vital signs and collects specimens for lab tests.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Must have completed some high school education.</li><li><div>
