Role Overview:</b></div><div>
We are seeking a passionate <b>Speech &amp; Language Therapist</b> to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication challenges in children and young adults with autism.<br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Conduct speech and language assessments.</li><li>
Design and implement individualized therapy plans.</li><li>
Support students with communication systems (PECS, AAC, sign language).</li><li>
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure progress.</li><li>
Provide parent training and home-program guidance.</li>
Document therapy sessions, track progress, and contribute to IEPs.<br>

Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Speech &amp; Language Therapy/Pathology.</li><li>
NHRA license (or eligibility to register in Bahrain).</li><li>
Experience with autism or developmental disorders preferred.</li>
Strong communication and collaboration skills.<br>
