The Non-Licensed Dental Assistant / Receptionist plays a dual role in supporting the daily operations of the dental clinic. This position is responsible for assisting dentists with basic chairside duties (that do not require licensure) and managing front-desk responsibilities to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent customer service.ey ResponsibilitiesClinical Support (Non-Licensed Duties)<ul><li>Prepare treatment rooms before and after procedures.</li><li>Assist the dentist with basic, non-invasive tasks (e.g., passing instruments, preparing materials).</li><li>Sterilize, disinfect, and organize dental instruments and equipment.</li><li>Ensure infection control standards are followed according to clinic protocols.</li><li>Prepare trays, materials, and simple setups for procedures.</li><li>Escort patients to treatment rooms and ensure their comfort.</li><li>Take and record patient vital signs if trained (not involving clinical diagnostics).</li><li>Maintain inventory of supplies and report shortages.</li></ul>Front Desk / Receptionist Duties<ul><li>Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes.</li><li>Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.</li><li>Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.</li><li>Manage patient files, update electronic records, and ensure accurate data entry.</li><li>Process payments, issue receipts, and handle insurance documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with dental staff to maintain smooth patient flow.</li><li>Handle patient reminders, recalls, and follow-up communication.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>DENTAL ASSISTANT: 2 years (Required)</li><li>CUSTOMER SERVICE: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
