 Job Description &amp; Accountabilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manager Regulatory Compliance Support leads a small group of compliance professionals to cover for Support, ISG, HRG, COD, PDD and PMD in terms of Compliance responsibilities. This role plans implements and follows up on Compliance issues with the area of responsibility. The role is typically for the relevant content expert who is handling given area of responsibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 This role is a senior professional with significant compliance and people management capabilities. This position reports directly to the Head of Regulatory Compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enhances the effectiveness of the regulatory compliance by arranging risk assessments, identifies gaps and suggest controls to mitigate identified risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively participates Self-assessments meetings and works closely with the Businesses on new, existing services, products to analyze the risk elements and advise them on any actions needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promptly reports any suspicious activity and issues in due diligence standards to Head of Regulatory Compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supports the Manager in any ad-hoc projects including promoting compliance culture within the BSF, inspection visits (internal and external) to the bank and to fulfil any compliance reporting requirement from the senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible to deal professionally and tactfully with the Internal and External Auditors (SAMA Inspectors, etc.) during their inspection visits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participates in the production, documentation and approval of the Annual Compliance Testing and Monitoring checklists, plans and standards reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides direction, guidance to his team on delivering the department&rsquo;s responsibilities and arranges appropriate self-assessment control meetings and trainings for Compliance team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures that all testing and monitoring are undertaken effectively and ensures all reports are submitted complete and accurately in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops and maintains comprehensive compliance procedures to avoid any misunderstanding for the staff members involved in concerned activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for keeping detailed records of the performed compliance testing and reviews, and providing timely and professional responses to all requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervises Compliance officers work closely with the Businesses on new and existing services and products to analyze the risk elements and advises them on any actions needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establishes the Compliance Risk Assessment Methodology effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures that all BSF standards and requirements are met by each member of the department.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business
 </li>
 <li>
 6+ years banking experience in related field
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years within Compliance/Audit areas of the bank
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Knowledge &amp; Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent understanding of the Support, ISG, HRG, COD, PDD and PMD areas and products/services
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical and investigative skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Seasoned experience of writing policies and departmental documents in compliance with regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical skills to interpret the regulations/banking laws of the Kingdom
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of all the compliance fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound experience of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent computer/Microsoft skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound experience of leading teams

Manager RC Backoffice and Support

 Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise project governance, delivery standards and execution methodologies to ensure consistent, compliant, high-quality project delivery across the organisation. Provide lifecycle controls, training, assurance reporting and decision-quality insights to executive committees, investment/ planning boards and portfolio leads.
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Governance &amp; standards: Define, implement and maintain enterprise-wide governance frameworks, delivery standards, templates and execution methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) to ensure compliance, repeatable quality and measurable outcomes across all projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lifecycle management: Design and control project lifecycle stages and gates (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure), including entry/exit criteria, artefacts, risk controls and regulatory-aligned checks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Delivery oversight &amp; assurance: Monitor project adherence to standards through assurance reviews, stage-gate assessments, audits and metrics. Escalate persistent issues and recommend corrective actions to Portfolio Leads, Investment Committees and Planning Boards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reporting &amp; insights: Produce and present executive-level dashboards and deep-dive reports on delivery health, risks, compliance and control metrics to executive committees and boards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Training &amp; capability building: Partner with Portfolio Leads and Project Managers to embed standard practices via training, playbooks, coaching, tool guidance and communities of practice. Maintain a curriculum of role-based learning and certification where applicable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuous improvement: Lead post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, refine standards and drive automation/ tooling improvements to increase delivery efficiency and control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to align standards with regulatory requirements, investment priorities and operational constraints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compliance &amp; regulatory alignment: Ensure delivery controls meet applicable regulatory, security and audit requirements; coordinate with Risk and Compliance for external/regulatory audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the custodian of delivery data integrity, ensuring accurate and timely updates from all project teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Portfolio Leads and PMs to train and embed standard practices across the delivery organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide inputs to executive steering committees and transformation boards on delivery assurance and control metrics.
 </li>
