Job title: Training Operations Assistant</div><div>

Purpose of the position:</div><div>
To ensure the effective and efficient processing of all administrative and operational requirements for the successful delivery of our virtual and face to face training courses and qualifications within the BSI Training Academy.</div><div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities &amp; Activities:</div><div></div><ul><li>To ensure that a continuous first-class service is provided to the internal and external clients of the Training department.</li><li> To work proactively with all staff in the department and with the sales, marketing and delivery teams to support the overall administrative processes and procedures.</li><li> Communication with and responding to BSI clients and queries across the full training lifecycle.</li><li> Communicating with our delivery and sales team, supporting their needs to ensure the smooth running of courses day to day.</li><li> Managing shared mailboxes and telephone systems</li><li> Coordinating pre-course logistics, delegate communications, venue bookings and onsite delivery arrangements.</li><li> Supporting procurement processes, including preparation and processing of LPOs for tutors and suppliers.</li><li> Ensuring post-course documentation, reporting, and system updates are completed in line with internal and regulatory requirements</li></ul><div></div><div>
Candidate Spec:</div><div></div><ul><li>Any prior experience in administration, operations or client-facing roles</li><li>Strong command of English</li><li>Competency with MS office</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Bachelor's degree</li></ul><div></div><div>

   Business Development Manager

  In this role, you will be responsible for personally driving Sales and Revenue, primarily within the

   Food sector,

  towards BSI&rsquo;s overall new business sales growth mission, within a defined geographical territory.

  Achievement of personal sales target according to the set budget for both Certification and Training Sales.

   Personal Salesforce.com maintenance.

   Plan, develop, establish and maintain a database of market information and trends to facilitate strategic decision making within the business

   Identify, develop and recommend new business initiatives which will ensure growth of BSI in local areas
  </li>
  <li>
   Plan, develop, establish and maintain a database of Competitors information to ensure the business is aware of competitor information
  </li>
  <li>
   Plan, develop, establish and maintain a database of top clients to BSI and develop, establish and maintain customer-care programme for top clients to the business
  </li>

   Candidate Specification
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Based in Istanbul
  </li>
  <li>
   At least 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably with a solid background in the Food sector and experience within the Certification industry
  </li>
  <li>
   Broad commercial experience and business acumen
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to comprehend, manage, and utilize complex financial data
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  </li>
  <li>
   Good command of Turkish and English
  </li>
  <li>
   Willingness to travel
  </li>
