Social Media Marketing

<ul><li>Lead end-to-end development of new products&mdash;from concept, design to final production launch.</li><li>Prepare engineering drawings, 2D/3D models, and technical specifications.</li><li>Conduct DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP documentation as per IATF 16949 requirements.</li><li>Ensure 100% compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 &amp; EHS standards.</li><li>Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, Tool Room, Vendor and Customer teams for smooth project execution.</li><li>Support design feasibility analysis, sample development, and customer approvals.</li><li>Perform root-cause analysis, implement CAPA, and ensure corrective actions for process or design deviations.</li><li>Ensure quality planning, documentation, and compliance throughout the NPD cycle.</li><li>Communicate customer requirements and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.</li><li>Support vendor development for new components, materials, and tooling.</li><li>Ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM), cost-effectiveness, and quality in production.</li><li>Monitor project progress, manage project risks, and ensure timely new product launch.</li><li>Prepare and maintain all NPD documentation including:</li><li>Control Plan</li><li>Work Instructions</li><li>Process Flow Diagram</li><li>APQP Documents</li><li>PPAP File</li><li>Other IATF/ISO/EHS required documentation</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAD tools such as SolidWorks.</li><li>Experience in springs, sheet metal components and related manufacturing processes.</li><li>Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan.</li><li>Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in New Product Development, preferably in the automotive or component manufacturing industry.</li><li>Hands-on experience with IATF documentation and project management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
