About the Company Leoni is an AI-powered educational platform that helps schools and learning centers develop students&rsquo; soft skills (teamwork, self-regulation, self-management) through personalized learning trajectories. We are already working with public and private schools in Qatar and are now expanding our reach.Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and develop a sales funnel with private and public schools in Qatar, as well as educational centers.</li><li>Conduct service demo sessions (online and on-site) following a proven sales script, identify client needs, and present tailored solutions.</li><li>Communicate with teachers, principals, and school administrators; explain the value of the product and how it works.</li><li>Be responsible for converting meetings into signed contracts and license purchases.</li><li>Gain deep product knowledge to confidently present and demonstrate it.</li><li>Maintain CRM, spreadsheets, and sales analytics, and calculate conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.</li><li>Leverage existing contacts within Qatar&rsquo;s education sector and understand how the Ministry of Education operates.</li><li>Attend educational events in Qatar and actively network to build relationships.</li><li>Achieve KPIs in both financial and quantitative terms.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Fluent English and Arabic (spoken and written).</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>High sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset.</li><li>Experience working with digital educational products and strong digital skills.</li><li>Knowledge of the Qatari education market and processes in schools and the Ministry of Education.</li><li>Willingness to travel and attend in-person events.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Work with an innovative AI-powered educational product.</li><li>Opportunity to influence our market entry strategy in Qatar.</li><li>Transparent bonus system for meeting and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Support and training from Leoni&rsquo;s international team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales &amp; Marketing : 4 years (Preferred)</li><li>CRM Platform: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>
