<p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, client communication, and offer negotiation. This role demands a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.<br>
Key Responsibilities<br>
Sourcing &amp; Strategy<br>
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and databases.<br>
Conduct mass mailing campaigns to attract passive and active candidates.<br>
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future needs.<br>
Screening &amp; Evaluation<br>
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.<br>
Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.<br>
Coordinate technical assessments and feedback collection.<br>
Interview Coordination<br>
Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.<br>
Ensure smooth logistics and timely communication throughout the interview process.<br>
Follow up with interviewers and candidates for feedback and next steps.<br>
Client &amp; Stakeholder Engagement<br>
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.<br>
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.<br>
Act as a liaison between candidates and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.<br>
Offer &amp; Negotiation<br>
Facilitate salary discussions and negotiate offers with selected candidates.<br>
Ensure timely offer rollouts and acceptance tracking.<br>
Coordinate onboarding activities with HR and hiring managers.<br>
ATS &amp; Reporting<br>
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).<br>
Generate recruitment metrics and dashboards for performance tracking.<br>
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data privacy standards.<br>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<br>
Proven experience in IT recruitment (domestic or international staffing).<br>
Strong understanding of technical roles and terminologies.<br>
Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.<br>
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<br>
Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.<br>
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.</p>
