We are seeking a Senior Manager of Data to lead a team of data engineers and AI/ML engineers in building and scaling our data infrastructure and advanced AI capabilities, preferably a hand on technical manager. This role will partner closely with data architects, product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure data is leveraged as a strategic asset across the organization.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<p>
Team Leadership</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and mentor a team across data engineering and AI/ML engineering disciplines.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.</li>
</ul>
<p>Data Infrastructure &amp; Architecture</p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with data and AI architects to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable data platforms.</li>
<li>Ensure data pipelines, storage, and processing systems meet performance and compliance standards.</li>
</ul>
<p>AI/ML Enablement</p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models and AI-Agents that support business objectives.</li>
<li>Ensure best practices in MLOps, model governance, and monitoring.</li>
</ul>
<p>Business Partnership</p>
<ul>
<li>Work with product, marketing, and operations teams to identify opportunities where data and AI can drive measurable impact.</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure timely delivery.</li>
</ul>
<p>Data Governance &amp; Quality</p>
<ul>
<li>Implement processes for data quality, lineage, and security.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p>
<p>
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).</p>
<p>
Experience:</p>
<p>
8+ years in data engineering, analytics, business intelligence background, or AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.</p>
<p>
Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale data solutions.</p>
<p>
Technical Skills:</p>
<ul>
<li>Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with C# or Java is a plus.</li>
<li>Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern data architectures (e.g., lakehouse, streaming).</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with data pipeline orchestration like (Airflow, dbt), data warehouses like (Snowflake, Redshift), and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).</li>
<li>Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices.</li>
</ul>
<p>Soft Skills:</p>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in SaaS or enterprise technology environments.</li>
<li>Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau) and data visualization best practices.</li>
<li>Exposure to data governance frameworks and compliance standards.</li></ul><br>
