SSC/SZBC specializes in highly classified Space Domain Awareness (SDA) systems, Defensive and Offensive Space Control (DSC/OSC) capabilities, and space test range assets to support the Department of Defense&rsquo;s (DoD) current and future operational needs.</div>

<div></div><div>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</div>
<ul><li>Provide space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice and assistance for all projects and programs to support any stage of the acquisition life cycle.
</li><li>Support program acquisition efforts for advanced technology, future concept development, and integration activities.</li>
<li>Advise and assist the government on cost, schedule, and performance issues.</li>
<li>Support the government program manager with commitments, obligations, and expenditures of funds.</li>
<li>Perform earned value management and schedule analysis for program office defense contracts.</li>
<li>Understand the distribution of classified funding and provide Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) support including congressional reporting, fiscal year planning, continuing resolution management, unfunded requirement development and submittal, end-of-year funding actions, and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development.</li>
<li>Provide subject-matter expertise for Integrated Baseline Reviews/Business Financial Reviews to offer insights into defense contractor cost and schedule performance issues using government-accepted best practices and guidelines.</li>
<li>Maintain awareness of current program schedules, monitor acquisition implementation, report requirement shortfalls, and provide program assessments based on identified risks.</li>
<li>Combine and correlate program execution data with program baselines to maintain and update acquisition reports accurately.</li>

<div></div><div>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</div>
<div>Requires an MA/MS and more than 10 years&rsquo; relevant experience, as follows:
</div><ul><li>Administer the collection and aggregation of obligations and expenditures data from CDRLs</li>
<li>Knowledgeable on DoD funding documents
</li><li>Familiar with use and tracking within Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR)</li>
<li>Tools: CCaR, MS Office.</li>
</ul>

<li>Provide analytical and operational engineering support for current and future units, including mission planning, protection, and anomaly engineering.</li>
<li>Support data and signal collection, processing, storage, archiving, analysis, and lessons learned for tests, operations, and future concepts. Assist with post-mission analysis and reporting results.</li>

<div>Must be an SME Recognized Industry Leader. Requires MA/MS and extensive relevant experience, as follows:
