KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS: 
 
Position Summary 
The Operations Manager will lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and streamline operational processes within the Care+ team of the MX organization. This role will focus on identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and ensuring seamless customer interactions across all touchpoints. 
This role is a vendor and customer-facing role and requires problem-solving and strong communication skills. 
 
Roles &amp; Responsibility 
<ul><li>Develop and execute strategies to improve customer experience metrics and optimize operational efficiency</li><li>Leverage NPS results, Medallia survey data and KPI results to provide actionable insights and drive process improvements</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer experience goals and operational objectives</li><li>Analyze and document current processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize workflows</li><li>Case-manage customer escalations</li><li>Act as main point of contact for Call Center BPO and Third-Party Administrator</li><li>Lead training and development programs to enhance team capabilities in customer experience and process improvement</li></ul> 
Minimum Qualifications 
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.</li><li>5 years of experience in operations management or a related role.</li><li>Proven track record of improving customer experience and operational processes.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications

Position Summary: 
The role involves managing test and work communication lines and devices for internal departments. Key responsibilities include handling carrier service lines, pre-production sample registration, SIM card operations, and mobile device lifecycle management. The position also requires project management skills to oversee multiple projects, update reports, and ensure compliance with company policies. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned. In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:</div><div> 
GSCMS (Operation) 
<ul><li>Coordinate and manage SIM card operations such as data entry, inventory management, new account activations, cancellations, and re-issuances as needed.</li><li>Input and analyze data through internal system and optimize monthly costs.</li><li>Assist HQ visitor and users with SIM card access, VOC reports, and solutions.</li><li>Share improvements and experiences in operation troubleshooting and diagnostics.</li><li>Coordinate with US based mobile carriers on contract negotiation to align internal requirements.</li><li>Communicate with HQ and local management to ensure overall operation status</li><li>Upload each invoice into the internal system that require with HQ format</li><li>Manage communication expense and invoices arise from various activities</li></ul></div><div> 
MMS (Backup operation) 
<ul><li>The MMS operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the lifecycle of mobile devices used for internal business communications. This role ensures efficient device distribution, inventory oversight, carrier coordination, and support for mobile-related service requests, while optimizing operational costs and maintaining compliance with company policies.</li><li>Key Responsibilities:</li><li>Activate mobile carrier services for internal users with IMEI# and eSIM through the internal asset request management system.</li><li>Liaise with carrier service representatives to resolve internal service issues and troubleshoot mobile device inquiries.</li><li>Manage mobile device and accessories inventory; conduct physical audits when necessary.</li><li>Process and fulfill service requests, including new hire onboarding, upgrades, loaners, repairs, returns, carrier changes, and transfers within defined timelines.</li><li>Retrieve mobile devices from former users and upgrade users, ensuring secure handling and reassignment of mobile devices.</li><li>Perform monthly audits of service usage and carrier invoices to identify trends and reduce unnecessary expenses.</li><li>Respond to internal inquiries related to mobile communications and escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders.</li><li>Oversee compliance with internal asset request procedures, company policies, and carrier-specific features.</li></ul> 

NASMS (Backup operation) 
<ul><li>Coordinate all Pre-production Samples that from HQ for testing and training purpose.</li><li>Coordinate and manage Samples, such as tracking, inventory management, distributions, extension, audits, assign, and scrap.</li><li>Communicate with HQ senders and local users to ensure the overall status of the operation and shipping</li><li>Guide users for the bi-annual sample inventory audit. If needed, physical scanning for all samples with the Users</li><li>Analyze monthly sample delivery and operation results based on reports.</li><li>Evaluate monthly mobile service operation results and report them to upper management.</li><li>Work with Retail Operations, Security, and Financial Strategy teams in case they need sample status or bulky registration and guide what to do.</li><li>Arrange small offices&rsquo; requests to the corresponding area&rsquo;s sample coordinator. i.e. Atlanta, Englewood, Others.</li><li>Communicate with the HQ PI and R&amp;D Development team in case of any interface errors between myProject and NASMS or sender errors.</li><li>Follow up with active end-users and/or their managers for unconfirmed, expired, or unreturned device transactions to ensure the company's assets are managed securely.</li></ul> 

Background/Experience

Job Description Summary: 
The Business Analyst will assist CE&rsquo;s monthly forecasting &amp; closing process as well as financial reporting directly to management. Supporting alongside CE Finance &amp; AR Manager, this role will assist the financial analysis and reporting, forecasting, closing, ad hoc accounting, and various relevant duties. 
 
Key Responsibilities and Duties: 
<ul><li>Conduct business forecasts, including comprehensive forecasts of overhead expenses as well as of business environmental changes to provide better financial visibility to management.</li><li>Prepare and perform month-end closing from a managerial standpoint, using SAP Controlling (CO) module while closely monitoring expenses/cost allocation of various profit segments/cost centers.</li><li>Prepare internal monthly Managerial Reports to provide financial and operational insights for performance monitoring, improved decision-making, and strategic planning.</li><li>By reviewing monthly/quarterly/yearly Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) statements and other financial reports, conduct actual vs. target gap analysis in order to track sales and cost fluctuations.</li><li>Investigate irregular financial trends by linking financial information with business results, performing variance analyses, and maintaining close communication with relevant business teams/divisions to identify the root cause.</li><li>During monthly forecast process, review and analyze Sales data (price change, quantity change, etc.) to understand the business impact for communication with CFO/controller and HQ GBM counterparts.</li><li>Submit purchase orders for monthly expenses and maintain communication with vendors.</li><li>Establish and document business procedures for workflow efficiency.</li><li>Miscellaneous relevant duties not listed, as needed.</li></ul>
