BTL-TV is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Accountant to join our finance team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction-related financial operations, tracking project costs, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining strong financial control across ongoing projects.This role is best suited for a finance professional with strong expertise in project-based accounting and a solid understanding of construction industry financial processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor and manage project budgets, costs, and financial performance across construction projects</li><li>Track and record project expenditures, commitments, and cost allocations accurately</li><li>Prepare project financial reports, cost analysis, and variance reports</li><li>Ensure proper accounting of subcontractor invoices, supplier payments, and progress billings</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams for cost control and approvals</li><li>Maintain accurate project accounting records in the ERP system</li><li>Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities related to construction projects</li><li>Reconcile project accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner</li><li>Assist in cash flow forecasting and project financial planning</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Minimum 4&ndash;6 years of experience in construction accounting or project-based finance</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction cost control and project accounting principles</li><li>Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects</li><li>Experience in construction, contracting, or engineering industries is highly preferred</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Career development and advancement opportunities</li><li>Exposure to large-scale construction and project operations</li><li>Collaborative and professional work environment</li><li>Benefits in accordance with Qatar labor law</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates are encouraged to apply through Indeed by submitting their updated CV and relevant experience.الراتب المدفوع: QAR٤٢٠٬٠٠٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل عامموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
