The Watchlist Analyst shall provide strategic expertise, covering multiple facets of CT analysis and hostage and personnel recovery analysis, including the following: intelligence production, content management, dissemination support, software requirements management, and intelligence systems training activities. Required Education, Experience, &amp; Skills:
<ul><li>Desired Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Desired Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 8 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul><li>Demonstrate general knowledge and understanding of IC organizations associated with CT operations, analysis, products and information systems.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Possess general information systems experience working with select DoD datasets and intelligence reporting activities; demonstrate comprehensive mission knowledge in order to provide guidance related to National Terrorist Watchlisting policies and procedures.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Demonstrate general knowledge and understanding of terrorist organizations, to include group names and geographic location, leadership, activities and ideology.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualification:
<ul><li>Systematically and deliberately review DoD datasets assessed as likely to contain identifying information for known or suspected terrorists.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Identify, prioritize, and record information from known DoD datasets related to known or suspected terrorists as specified by the Government.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Crosscheck/research known or suspected terrorists against other intelligence holdings to ensure completeness of information and to avoid duplicating data entries.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Compile information into a nomination report format as specified by the Government. Correctly format, classify, and address reports. Ensure information contained within reports is intelligible, cogent, comprehensive, and understandable, and that all reports use proper grammar and spelling.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Meet Terrorist Identity Nomination (TIN) production schedules.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Provide guidance and instruction for less experienced team members assigned to Watchlisting, as appropriate.</li>
</ul>
Pay Range: $80,000 to $85,000

Watchlist Analyst (Junior)

BTS is looking for a VER SME Business Analyst shall serve on-site at USCIS Headquarters as the technical authority for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and facilitating discussions to develop solutions that align with VER organizational goals. This individual shall gather and document requirements, collaborate with stakeholders across USCIS offices and federal partners, and ensure successful implementation of business and IT initiatives supporting the Verification Division.
The position acts as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing process maps, documenting solutions that optimize VER business and IT performance, and supporting senior stakeholders and technical teams in accordance with the Statement of Work.
Primary Location: Camp Springs, Maryland
Clearance Requirement: Eligible for Public Trust
Minimum Qualifications:
<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience as a business analyst or SME, with at least 5 years supporting federal programs in process optimization, requirements analysis, and system integration with a focus on immigration.</li>
<li>Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent.</li>
<li>Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow optimization.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, testing, and system deployment.</li>
<li>Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience with immigration policy, the agencies operating in the immigration ecosystem, and DHS systems used for identity management and immigration status verification.</li>
</ul>
Pay Range: $130,000 to $155,000 full Salary range lowest to highest across locations

</ul><ul><li>Maintain analytical interaction with other members of the intelligence community to address customer requirements, support contingency, and operational planning.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Develop collections requirements to address gaps in reporting. Use research and reporting databases and tools, including MARS, MIDB, ArcGIS, RemoteView, CHROME, and RMT to gather and evaluate reporting.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Conduct and participate in briefings and seminars.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Possess a working knowledge of systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data, and/or knowledge of methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Interpret and analyze raw data in the production of intelligence from multiple sources to compile, collate, analyze, and evaluate intelligence information to produce intelligence assessments.</li>
