We are looking for a Shade Installation Technician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair shading systems ( motorized awnings, exterior roller shades, interior roller shades, shutters, roof systems and drapery systems).Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install new shading systems</li><li>Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements</li><li>Perform routine preventative maintenance</li><li>Respond to emergency maintenance requests</li><li>Adhere to all safety policies and procedures</li><li>Test and make sure job is completed to full extent</li><li>Relay any information from customers to management and or other departments</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Preferred previous experience in installation</li><li>Valid Driver's License</li><li>Ability to handle physical workload</li><li>Ability to adapt to any job site</li><li>Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail for measurements and installation process</li></ul>Texas Sun and Shade offers in house training to prep and set up each employee for success.
