Job description:Job Title: Manager - AccountsOverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in accounting tasks, and support the organization&rsquo;s financial health. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with financial data and reporting. Factory cum office in Samtel Zone, Phase II, Industrial Area, RIICO Industrial Area, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan 301019.Key Responsibilities&middot; Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations&middot; Maintaining Inventory records.&middot; Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes&middot; Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements&middot; Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow&middot; Assist with budgeting and forecasting&middot; Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies&middot; Process payroll and maintain payroll records (if applicable)&middot; Support external audits by preparing necessary documentation&middot; Analyze financial data and provide insights to management&middot; Assist with tax preparation and filing&middot; Maintain organized filing systems for financial information and documentsJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Candidate residence should be within 10-15 Km of Samtel Zone, Phase II, Industrial Area, RIICO Industrial Area, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan 301019</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>work: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
