Job Title:E-Commerce / Daraz Online Store ManagerJob Overview:We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce / Daraz Online Store Manager to oversee and manage our online sales operations on Daraz as well as our in-house online store. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Daraz Seller Center, order management, inventory control, and handling returns efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Inventory Management</li><li>Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels for both Daraz store and company&rsquo;s own online store.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse or procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment.</li><li>Regularly update product listings and availability across all platforms.</li><li>Order &amp; Sales Processing</li><li>Oversee all sales operations on Daraz and the company website.</li><li>Generate and manage invoices, ensuring all orders are processed accurately.</li><li>Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales and dispatch records.</li><li>Returns &amp; Customer Resolution</li><li>Manage and verify product returns and exchanges through Daraz and other sales channels.</li><li>Liaise with courier services to handle return logistics and refunds.</li><li>Investigate issues, resolve disputes, and ensure smooth customer experience.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Performance Tracking</li><li>Prepare regular sales and return reports for management review.</li><li>Monitor and optimize store performance metrics on Daraz.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Mandatory: Proven work experience managing a Daraz store (Daraz Seller Center expertise).</li><li>Mandatory: Prior experience handling returns, courier coordination, and e-commerce operations.</li><li>Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows, inventory systems, and customer order cycles.</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accountability.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in Daraz and E-commerce operations.</li></ul>Note:Do not apply if you do not have relevant Daraz and e-commerce experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
