</b></h1><p></p><p>The Senior Counsel &ndash; Contract Intelligence and AI Integration will lead the implementation and oversight of artificial-intelligence-based contract review tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and risk management across the Legal Department. This attorney will analyze all incoming contracts using AI-driven platforms, identify potential risks or deviations, and collaborate with responsible attorneys to improve and standardize contract language. The role requires strong legal acumen combined with technological fluency and a commitment to innovation and process improvement.

</b></p><p></p><p>The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
</p><ul><li><p>Lead the deployment and continuous optimization of AI-powered contract review and analytics tools used by the Legal Department
</p></li><li><p>Evaluate every contract submitted for legal review to identify key risks, missing terms, and inconsistencies using AI and machine-learning platforms
</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with responsible attorneys to revise and enhance contract language based on AI recommendations and best practices
</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain standardized contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks informed by AI data and business trends
</p></li><li><p>Serve as subject-matter expert on legal AI applications and train attorneys and paralegals on effective use of AI tools
</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with IT and Procurement to ensure secure integration of AI platforms and compliance with data-privacy and confidentiality requirements
</p></li><li><p>Research and stay current on AI regulations, legal-ethics guidelines, and technology trends affecting contract management
</p></li><li><p>Track and report metrics on contract review efficiency, risk identification, and process improvement outcomes
</p></li><li><p>Assist the Assistant General Counsel and other department attorneys with complex contract negotiations and projects
</p></li><li><p>Maintain organized records, deadlines, and workflows within the company&rsquo;s contract management system
</p></li><li><p>It is an essential function of this job for the employee to work in-office at the employee&rsquo;s assigned work site. No remote work is available

</p></li></ul><p></p><p>The position requirements include but are not limited to:
</p><ul><li><p>Licensed to practice law in Texas or licensed in another state and eligible to become licensed in Texas within one year
</p></li><li><p>Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
</p></li><li><p>Minimum 8&ndash;10 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management
</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience with AI-driven contract review or document automation platforms (e.g., Ironclad, Evisort, Luminance, Harvey, etc.)
</p></li><li><p>Proficient skill level with Microsoft Applications
</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Lexis and Westlaw legal research tools
</p></li><li><p>Prior in-house experience preferred, especially in a high-volume contracting environment
</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of data-privacy, confidentiality, and AI-ethics principles in legal workflows

</b></p><p></p><p>The Janitorial/Cleaning &amp; Maintenance Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating activities of employees to ensure the cleanliness and general maintenance of the facility and grounds. Candidates must be people and task oriented, self-motivated, dependable and able to work effectively and safely in a fast-paced environment. Cleaning and Maintenance Mangers work a variety of shifts, opening and/or closing on some days, including most weekends and holidays.<br>
</p><p></p><p>The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
</p><p></p><ul><li><p>$31 / hour
</p></li><li><p>Plan, direct, and control the efforts of the Maintenance staff
</p></li><li><p>Direct training of employees to improve work performance and acquaint staff with company policies and procedures
</p></li><li><p>Work directly with Store Management Teams and Vendors to oversee repairs and maintenance of store equipment
</p></li><li><p>Compare and evaluate maintenance activities and to determine best course of action with regard to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment
</p></li><li><p>Observe safety and security procedures
</p></li><li><p>Ensure that equipment and materials are used properly
</p></li><li><p>Report unsafe conditions to General Manager
</p></li><li><p>Perform light maintenance duties on all elements of equipment
</p></li><li><p>Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

</p><ul><li><p>Previous maintenance and supervisory experience required
</p></li><li><p>Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours on hard and uneven surfaces
</p></li><li><p>Repetitive motion with hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders
</p></li><li><p>Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
</p></li><li><p>Good vision and depth perception is required
</p></li><li><p>Ability to bend, carry, climb, push, pull, stoop, squat, twist and lift up to 50 pounds
</p></li><li><p>Climb ladders and work in elevated places
</p></li><li><p>Ability to work with little supervision at a rapid work pace for extended shifts of 10 hours or more
</p></li><li><p>Periodic exposure to all outdoor conditions at all times of day and year
