<ul><li>Develop and grow new business through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and strong relationship building.</li>
<li>Manage the full sales cycle &mdash; from pricing and quoting to negotiating and closing deals.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal operations, pricing, and credit teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Maintain consistent communication and documentation through our CRM system.</li>
<li>Analyze customer needs and create tailored logistics solutions to maximize profitability and service quality.</li>
<li>Manage and nurture assigned accounts to increase revenue and long-term success.</li>
</ul><p></p><div><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></div>
<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales, logistics, or transportation preferred.</li>
<li>Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and drive business growth.</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving and exceeding goals.</li>
<li>Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>High school diploma or higher required.</li>

<ul><li><b>Commission-based</b>:
<ul><li>15% of Gross Profit on brokered freight for <i>new accounts</i></li>
<li>10% of Gross Profit on brokered freight for <i>house accounts</i></li>
<li>4% of line haul for <i>asset-covered freight on new accounts</i></li>
</ul></li><li><b>Full-time position</b> | Average 40 hours per week | Minimal travel (under 10%)</li>
