We&rsquo;re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our Production Team. If you enjoy staying organized, working with great people, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we&rsquo;d love to meet you! You'll work hand in hand with outside vendors, internal teams, and manufacturing personnel.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Entering data into programs that directly correlate with production needs, daily, weekly, and monthly.</li><li>Double-check records and follow up to keep things correct and on time.</li><li>Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external team members.</li><li>Support the team with day-to-day tasks and reports, including shipping reports, receiving, and inventory controls,</li><li>Keep electronic and paper files neat and organized as it relates to production, quality, and purchasing.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date records of work orders, production schedules, and other needed reports.</li><li>Collaborate with the production supervisor and leaders from other departments to collect and clarify data.</li><li>Do daily walks to ensure PPE is being worn throughout the plant buildings.</li><li>Perform process audits with all team members.</li><li>Have the opportunity to lead the floor hand in hand with the Production Supervisor.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Someone organized who takes pride in accuracy and strong follow-through abilities.</li><li>Strong communication skills &ndash; both written and verbal.</li><li>A team player who&rsquo;s honest, reliable, and supportive of others.</li><li>Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and willingness to learn new systems.</li><li>Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.</li><li>Someone able to verify data for accuracy before entering it into databases.</li><li>Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed throughout the shift.</li><li>Ability to walk through the plant for safety checks, with the potential for getting dirty.</li><li>Previous manufacturing environment experience a plus!</li></ul>This position comes with room for growth in our company!If this sounds like you, please apply now and follow up with a phone call directly to our team.8 Hour shift, Monday thru Friday.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
