What You&rsquo;ll Do:
As a Civil Engineer, you&rsquo;ll work closely with project managers and multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver infrastructure projects that keep communities moving.<ul><li>
Perform and review advanced engineering calculations for roadway and transportation projects</li><li>
Conduct field surveys, site investigations, and substantial completion audits</li><li>
Develop scalable and detailed plans, profiles, and design drawings using AutoCAD, MicroStation, and civil engineering design tools</li><li>
Assist in proposal and work plan development, as well as project coordination, budgeting, and scheduling</li><li>
Respond to RFIs, review submittals, edit specifications, and contribute to accurate cost estimates</li><li>
Participate in QA/QC reviews and ensure quality standards throughout all project phases</li><li>
Attend client and internal team meetings to define project goals and support construction-phase services</li><li>
Stay up to date with the latest DOT regulations, design standards, and best practices in transportation engineering</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university</li><li>
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license</li><li>
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
Working knowledge of state DOT design standards, AASHTO guidelines, and related regulations</li><li>
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage time across multiple projects</li></ul>
