OverviewBuckingham Pediatrics, P.C. is hiring for a part time .We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Biller / Front Receptionist to join our team.Duties to Include but not limited to the following:<ul><li>Medical Billing all phases</li><li>Answer Phone</li><li>Make patient appointments</li><li>Enter Referrals</li><li>Greet our parents and patients in a happy friendly manner</li><li>Collect demographic information and enter into the system</li><li>Assist with ICD and CPT Coding</li><li>Verify Insurance policies and update patient insurance information</li><li>HIPPA Complaint</li><li>Work the Aged report.</li><li>Work with the Insurance</li><li>Work with Parents/Patient to get payment and correct information</li><li>Posting Payment</li><li>Posting Charges</li><li>Scanning</li><li>Assist with ICD/CPT coding</li><li>Duties as assigned</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficient in medical billing, coding, and collections with a solid understanding of medical terminology.</li><li>Experience with ICD coding and CPT coding is essential.</li><li>Previous medical office experience is preferred, demonstrating knowledge of healthcare operations.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, staff and insurance companies regarding billing inquiries.</li><li>Competence in using EMR and EHR systems for accurate record keeping and data management.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $20.00 per hourAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Doylestown, PA 18902 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
