The device management team supports all end-user facing computers and devices across campus. The environment consists primarily of Windows-based PCs, but also includes some Macs, iPads, and other miscellaneous devices.
The Technician, for Device Management and Support is responsible for providing support to the end user community. The incumbent will perform day-to-day technical support tasks in order to facilitate the operation of campus activities. The incumbent will provide first level support for end users with a variety of technical issues. The incumbent will be responsible for providing support for customer support requests and for problems in the classrooms and meeting rooms. The incumbent will be responsible for packaging applications and managing distribution through MDM&rsquo;s such as SCCM, Intune and Jamf.
The incumbent is expected to work independently and prioritize their daily tasks and ensure that all desktop issues/tickets are addressed in a timely manner. The incumbent works on department-wide and college projects and may be asked to represent Information Technology Services on College-wide initiatives and committees.
Requirements and Duties
Requirements<ul><li>
Associate's degree and 2-4 years job related experience or Bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>
A+ Certification preferred.</li><li>
Proven knowledge of Application packaging and distribution through MDM suites such as SCCM, Intune and JAMF</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in a technical customer support environment.</li><li>
Proven knowledge of PC and Macintosh technical operations.</li><li>
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.</li><li>
Demonstrated customer service skills in understanding and resolving various computing problems for both internal and external end users.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary operating systems software, learning management systems, instructional and commercial software packages, database management, web-based applications and the College&rsquo;s administrative applications such as Colleague and Workday.</li><li>
Must be comfortable dealing directly with clients in a walk-up environment.</li><li>
Must have the ability to handle upset clients and clients at all levels of technical proficiency.</li><li>
Ability to lift 40 pounds.</li><li>
Flexibility to work outside regular scheduled hours when necessary.</li><li>

Serve on college-wide committees i.e., accessibility committee, as assigned by department management.</li></ul>
Secondary Functions<ul><li>
Provide support with A/V and Help Desk staff where identified.</li><li>
Assist in developing or updating standard processes and documentation to address changing or new support requirements as technology and business processes evolve.</li><li>
Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and in delivering training to new staff members and current staff as needs change.</li><li>

The Director of the Accessibility Office provides oversite and direct services for students with disabilities in support of their access to college learning. The Director is an administrative role that also works with the facilities department to ensure the College physical locations meet ADA compliance and to address concerns, the oversight and implementation of Assistive Technology (AT), the purchase of accessible software, supporting the IT Department, Marketing, and other college constituents to ensure that Section 508 compliance is met. Along with the provision of direct services, the Director initiates and oversees actions to ensure the college does not discriminate against students and the public with disabilities and who are otherwise qualified to participate in college programming and activities. This position requires ongoing research, professional development, and training to be up to date on all legislation, court decisions, government rulings, and the application thereof to ensure civil rights compliance of the college for and concerning individuals with disabilities. The Director provides accessibility support, guidance, and training for all members of the professional campus community and also supports community and educational partners with training, as requested. The Director will oversee Accessibility Office functions at all physical campus locations and online learning. The Director also supervises staff who provide direct service to students in need of accommodations.
Major Job Duties<ul><li>
Determine the eligibility of students for reasonable accommodation by evaluating relevant medical, psychological, and other documentation, as well as performing student intake interviews. Oversee other staff who are responsible for determining eligibility.</li><li>
Suggest reasonable accommodation that includes adaptive technology when needed and means for securing such for students.</li><li>
Oversee the preparation, documentation, and timely dissemination of official &ldquo;Faculty Accommodation Memos&rdquo; for eligible students to provide to instructors when requested by the student.</li><li>
Provide direct support to students as needed and represent the college at functions and with community agency partners as needed. Work closely with Student Services and Academic Support departments regarding service response and coordination for students with mental health disabilities.</li><li>
Work with the Instructional Research team to document enrollment of students with disabilities for each semester. Collect data relating to student caseload to show potential needs for future semesters.</li><li>
Advocate for students, both for individuals and for the population, in order to educate our community of learners&rsquo; differing needs, as well as to expedite delivery of needed services.</li><li>
Monitor program services, unit budget, and student service usage in order to assess effectiveness and financial impact.</li><li>
Review, monitor, and implement federal laws and regulations, related court decisions, and US Department of Education Office for Civil Rights rules to ensure compliance with civil rights laws.</li><li>
Consult with state and local resources, such as Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Bureau of Visual Services, PA Transition Team, regarding disability mandates and resources.</li><li>
Develop and update web content for the accessibility office web page as needed and in accordance with the applicable policies, procedures, and best practices that are set out by the Office for Civil Rights. Review all accessibility complaints and work with faculty/academic administration to solve issues as they arise.</li><li>
Review all the data and keep up to date records for students registered with the Accessibility Office.</li><li>
Research and review all potential assistive technology that could be used to support students with access to courses and programming at the college.</li></ul> 
Secondary Job Duties<ul><li>
Administer tests that must be given in alternative formats, such as orally, scribing, in Braille, etc.</li><li>
Attend or otherwise participate in professional development activities and represent the college and/or present subject matter expertise at relevant events.</li><li>
Create marketing and information materials for students, staff, faculty, and community members.</li><li>
Work with Tutoring, Counseling, KEYS, or Military Connected Services to support students with a team approach, as needed.</li><li>
Attend advising meetings for student support, as needed.</li><li>
Connect with community partners, such as the IU and stakeholders to support transition events and information.</li><li>
Present at community events, like transition fairs, as requested by community partners.</li><li>
Develop and administer programming for students to support wellbeing and accessibility.</li><li>
Develop and administer programming for the community at large to build awareness of accessibility. Develop and administer the Honor Society for students with disabilities.</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in special education, Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Higher Education, or related field</li><li>
At least 5 years of experience working with people with disabilities in a higher education setting.</li><li>
Evidence of having worked with matters regarding Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the ADA, showing an understanding of the relationship of these laws to higher education.</li><li>
Experience with addressing and/or removal of physical barriers in various settings.</li><li>
A proven understanding of the transition process from high school to college, along with the knowledge of the differences between the laws of K-12 and higher education.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Experience with students and project advocacy within an organization.</li><li>
Supervisory and management experience over budgets, personnel, and/or a department or unit.</li><li>
Experience working with adaptive technology for accommodative purposes.</li><li>
Data management experience.</li><li>
Professional training and presentation experience.</li></ul>

The Director, Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing is a creative and strategic thinker who advances the institutional mission and supports the strategic goals of the MARCOM unit. Reporting to the Vice President for Marketing &amp; Communications, this position plays a key role in promoting the BCCC story to multiple audiences to drive enrollment growth, strengthen engagement, and enhance the student experience. The Director of Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing manages the College&rsquo;s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) overseeing all aspects including strategy, content creation, scheduling, analytics, and performance reporting. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within the marketing team and across all departments. The Director, Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing supervises the Continuing Education Divisional Marketing Coordinator and hires and supervises student social media and photography interns. The Director is responsible for video, photo, and written content on the Colleges&rsquo; social media platforms, as well as digital marketing campaigns including targeted display, geofence display, streaming audio/TV, video pre-roll, SEM, and social media ads.
The Director collaborates with staff and faculty across the College, as well as vendors and consultants; ensures that the digital plan integrates with off-line and is coordinated, consistent and meets College goals and maintains visual/brand identity; The Director has a co-supervisory role for the Visual Media &amp; Web Content Specialist, and is responsible for hiring freelance photographers on occasion.
Primary Functions<ul><li>
Manage College&rsquo;s main social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create and schedule content for the pages, and act as a community manager to ensure that comments and messages are responded to in a timely manner. Provide guidance for staff managing social media sub-pages for College-specific programs and departments.</li><li>
Develop digital advertising campaigns that respond to business and market needs. Research trends in GEM and SEM, and recommend new approaches. Develop creative digital marketing campaigns using state-of-the-art tools such as Generative Engine Marketing, SEM, geofencing, retargeting, and social media.</li><li>
Routinely meet and work closely with colleagues throughout the college who manage departmental social media accounts to share best practices, and content/assets.</li><li>
Supervise direct reports including student interns and serve as liaison to vendors/project consultants.</li><li>
Create and source content for weekly internal college e-newsletter and other internal emails as needed.</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in marketing, social media, communications, or related fields.</li><li>
4-6 years of job related experience (marketing, social media, planning and developing campaigns, etc.).</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms for an organization.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing tactics and techniques.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience developing written content, taking, and editing photos and video for social media via CapCut, Adobe, Canva, etc.</li><li>
Solid understanding of branding, integrated marketing communications, public relations, social media, and digital marketing.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, including writing for internal mass emails and a wide array of social media platforms, and verbal communication.</li><li>
Excellent proofing and editing skills; familiarity with AP Style a plus.</li><li>
Working knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility best practices for social media content (e.g., alt text, captions, color contrast).</li><li>
