Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in various industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, along with the ability to read blueprints. The Millwright will work closely with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.Duties<ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment according to specifications.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints</li><li>Strong communication skills with shop foreman, with ability to provide detail work order.</li><li>Ensure all crew members are working efficiently and completing jobs on time.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role within the industrial sector.</li><li>Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding mechanical systems.</li><li>Excellent project scheduling abilities with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.</li><li>Must be 18</li><li>Must have driver's license</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyLicense/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Lebanon, PA 17046 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
