We believe in real-time learning, project-based training, and skill-based education that prepares students for corporate and freelance careers.Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate Graphic Design &amp; Video Editing Mentor to guide and inspire students who are eager to enter the creative industry. The ideal mentor should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on editing skills, and a creative teaching approach that blends real-world experience with classroom learning.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct engaging classes and workshops in Graphic Design and Video Editing.</li><li>Teach software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.</li><li>Guide students in branding, layout design, color theory, typography, and motion graphics.</li><li>Review and provide feedback on student projects and portfolios.</li><li>Collaborate with the academic team to develop updated course materials and real-time projects.</li><li>Mentor students in preparing for internships, freelance work, and career opportunities in the creative field.</li><li>Participate in institute events, exhibitions, and design competitions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent in Design / Visual Communication / Multimedia / Animation.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and mentoring skills.</li><li>A passion for teaching, creativity, and design education.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in branding, social media creatives, and motion design.</li><li>Ability to handle real-time client projects or freelance works as part of the learning process.</li></ul>CompensationRevenue Partner Model or Part-Time Mentor Pay (Flexible Schedule) &ndash; Based on experience and class hours.Join UsIf you&rsquo;re passionate about shaping the next generation of creative professionals and want to be part of a growing design community &mdash; Send your portfolio &amp; resume to buffcoimbatore@gmail.com Location: Peelamedu, CoimbatoreJob Type: Part-timePay: &#8377;13,139.88 - &#8377;43,586.44 per monthExpected hours: 10 per weekWork Location: In person
