Your Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li><b>
Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes:</b> Conduct interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, then offer quotes to potential customers based on their needs.</li><li><b>
Sales and Lead Generation:</b> Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and forming strategic partnerships with businesses.</li><li><b>
Customer Transition:</b> Communicate the value of our services to prospects and transition them into loyal Bughouse customers.</li><li><b>
Relationship Building:</b> You&rsquo;ll build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li><b>
Ongoing Learning:</b> Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay on top of industry trends and enhance your skills.</li><li><b>
Safety First:</b> Always maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.</li></ul><div><b>

Training Salary: $3,000/month during training, with the potential to earn commission after that&mdash;the sky&rsquo;s the limit!</b></li><li><b>

Qualifications:
<p><b>
What You Need to Succeed:</b></p><ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Sales experience preferred</li><li>
Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid)</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li><li>
Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments</li></ul><p><b>
Physical Demands / Working Environment:</b></p><p>
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:</p><ul><li>
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</li><li>
Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.</li><li>
Ability to use a ladder within manufacturer&rsquo;s weight capacity</li><li>
Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops</li><li>
