This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical skills with outdoor work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Verify proper chemical mixing, labeling, and application procedures</li><li>Conduct on‑site safety checks, including PPE compliance and equipment readiness</li><li>Ensure accurate completion of application records, job notes, and required documentation</li><li>Communicate with clients regarding service details, property concerns, and follow‑up recommendations</li><li>Inspect job sites before and after treatment to ensure quality standards are met</li><li>Report on performance issues, safety violations, or equipment problems to supervisor</li><li>Coordinate with supervisor regarding scheduling, routing, and job prioritization</li><li>Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively in all customer interactions</li><li>Other related duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in sales, pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable</li><li>Knowledge of pest management techniques and the safe handling of chemicals and pesticides</li><li>Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record for driving between job sites</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills for diagnosing tree health issues</li><li>Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods</li><li>Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report on job progress</li></ul>Join us in making a tangible difference by protecting our green spaces!
