Job Title: Site EngineerDepartment: Projects / ConstructionLocation: Project SiteReporting To: Project Manager / Project EngineerJob SummaryThe Site Engineer is responsible for day-to-day site execution, supervision of work activities, coordination with contractors and vendors, and ensuring project completion as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution &amp; Supervision<ul><li>Supervise and monitor daily construction/site activities as per approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Ensure work execution aligns with project schedules and milestones.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and vendors at site.</li></ul>Quality Control<ul><li>Ensure quality of workmanship as per project standards and drawings.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.</li><li>Implement corrective actions for non-conformance, if any.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Coordinate with civil, MEP, and other teams for smooth workflow.</li><li>Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and site records.</li><li>Attend project meetings with internal teams, clients, and consultants.</li></ul>Materials &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Check material deliveries, quantities, and quality at site.</li><li>Maintain site records including WCC, MB sheets, checklists, and as-built drawings.</li><li>Assist in preparing BOQ and material requirements.</li></ul>Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure adherence to safety rules, EHS guidelines, and site safety practices.</li><li>Report unsafe conditions and ensure corrective measures are taken.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong understanding of site execution processes.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.</li><li>Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of relevant site experience in construction or EPC projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹11,298.05 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
