Job Description:-<ul><li>Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and update project timelines.</li><li>Monitor material usage and maintain inventory levels to prevent delays.</li><li>Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.</li><li>Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity estimation, and material requisitions.</li><li>Oversee labor allocation, subcontractor work, and ensure productivity targets are met.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must be civil graduate with minimum 2 yrs experience in residential construction</li><li>Must have two wheeler</li><li>Willing to work on atleast 4 residential projects at a time.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;22,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you civil graduate?</li><li>How many years of experience in residential constructions?</li><li>Maximum salary we can offer is 22k +TA and Accommodation.
