 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 Manage and supervise electrical works on building and infrastructure projects. Ensure all installations are completed in line with project specifications and TAQA authority requirements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare design and load calculation as per the standard engineering and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Estimation and material take off
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing projects BOQ
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing shop drawings and as built drawings
 </li>
 <li>
 Full awareness of TAQA portal for submission, approvals and projects handing over process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise day-to-day electrical construction activities on site
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage installation of LV systems, cable trays, conduits, panels, and lighting systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee MV works including cable laying, duct banks, and coordination for external connections
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure work is executed as per approved shop drawings and method statements
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other trades on site
 </li>
 <li>
 Raise Inspection Requests (IRs) and follow up for consultant/TAQA approvals
 </li>
 <li>
 Ordering materials and follow up with suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with project specifications and ADDC/AADC regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor subcontractors&rsquo; work quality and progress
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain site documentation including daily reports and as-built drawings
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure health and safety standards are strictly followed
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electrical Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 TAQA Approval (mandatory for Abu Dhabi projects)
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;8 years of UAE. experience in construction/MEP electrical works.
 </li>
 <li>
 UAE Valid driving licence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in site execution (not design-focused)
 </li>
 <li>
 Well knowledge of LV systems and basic MV infrastructure coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent ability to prepare, read and interpret electrical drawings as per the latest software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good coordination and communication skills
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 UAE construction project experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to utility coordination (ADDC/AADC)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent QA/QC documentation knowledge
 </li>
 </ul>
