Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Supervise and manage insulation crews on various job sites.</li>
<li>Oversee installation of fiberglass insulation in new and existing buildings.</li>
<li>Ensure safety regulations and company standards are followed at all times.</li>
<li>Coordinate with project managers and contractors to meet project deadlines.</li>
<li>Inspect completed insulation installations for quality control.</li>
<li>Assist with material handling, job planning, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.</li></ul> 


Role Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Experience in the insulation and building industries.</li>
<li>Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of cellulose insulation materials and installation techniques.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license required.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews effectively.</li></ul> 


Physical Demands:

Includes lifting and carrying heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.), bending, squatting, and climbing ladders. The role requires working in confined spaces, crawling, and reaching overhead. Manual dexterity is needed for using hand and power tools. As a fiberglass insulation foreman you must also be able to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures while adhering to safety standards. <li>Collaborate with the installation team to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.</li>
<li>Accurately measure and cut insulation materials to fit various spaces and surfaces.</li>
<li>Seal gaps, joints, and seams to prevent air leakage and optimize insulation efficiency.</li>
<li>Handle and maintain insulation equipment and tools properly.</li>
<li>Adhere to project specifications and maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li>
<li>Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your team members.</li></ul> 


Role requirements:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in fiberglass insulation installation or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques.</li>
<li>Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, adhering to safety regulations.</li>
<li>Strong physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy materials.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements and installations.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.</li>
<li>Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and travel to different locations as needed.</li>
<li>Strong teamwork and communication skills.</li>
<li>Certification in insulation installation or relevant trade programs.</li>
<li>Experience in handling other types of insulation materials, such as spray foam or cellulose.</li>
<li>Knowledge of local and state building codes and regulations related to insulation.</li></ul>
