The job: 
As the Director of Marketing - Supplier Insights at Buildertrend, you&rsquo;ll shape the voice and strategy behind a growing data platform that&rsquo;s changing how the residential construction industry makes decisions. You&rsquo;ll lead brand development, campaigns, and content that connects with builders, contractors, manufacturers, and distributors&mdash;translating data into clear value. Your work will drive adoption, enable sales, and influence how industry professionals discover, understand, and use Supplier Insights! 
What you will do:<ul><li>
Develop and evolve the Supplier Insights brand identity and voice across all customer touchpoints.</li><li>
Translate technical product value into clear, compelling messaging tailored to residential construction stakeholders.</li><li>
Create strategic content including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and social media content.</li><li>
Design, launch, and manage targeted digital campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.</li><li>
Align with sales to build enablement materials and ensure consistent messaging.</li><li>
Own and manage the WordPress website, including content updates, landing pages, SEO optimization, and conversion tracking.</li><li>
Set KPIs, measure campaign performance, and iterate based on data.</li><li>
Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar), and social media insights to drive decisions.</li></ul>
Who you are and what you need:<ul><li>
6+ years of marketing experience required.</li><li>
2+ years of strategic marketing experience, including managing and executing the full brand lifecycle.</li><li>
Experience developing marketing collateral for B2B audiences.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, email marketing, and website management.</li><li>
Familiarity with WordPress and basic website optimization best practices.</li><li>
Proficiency with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.</li><li>
Knowledge of the residential construction industry and experience marketing software or data platforms is preferred.</li></ul>
