Our Hiring Process</b></div><div>

</div><div>This location operates year-round, Monday&ndash;Friday, 7:30AM &ndash; 6:00PM (Operating hours subject to change).</div>

What will you do?
</b></h3><ul><li>Your daily responsibilities will include:
</li><li>Managing classroom needs to support children&rsquo;s well-being.</li><li>
Nurturing a love of learning through a child-centered approach with social-emotional, STEAM, and nature-based activities.
</li><li>As an educator, maintaining regular communication with families is essential to fostering collaborative growth.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li>
Must pass required state and company background checks.</li><li>
Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.</li><li>
EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review (for roles requiring EEC Certification).</li><li>
Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.</li><li>
Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.</li></ul><div><b>
