We are a dynamic company in the construction industry seeking a highly motivated and versatile Digital Media &amp; Sales Executive. This is not a desk-only job. It's a hands-on, pivotal role for a hustler who thrives on both creativity and closing deals. You will be the digital voice of all our brands/products and the driving force generating new business on the ground.You will be solely responsible for managing our entire digital footprint&mdash;from creating engaging content at project sites to publishing and analyzing performance. Simultaneously, you will hit the streets, meeting potential clients door-to-door, following up on digital leads, and converting them into sales. If you are a self-starter with a passion for content, a knack for sales, and basic knowledge of construction, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Media &amp; Content Management:<ul><li>Content Creation: Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn). This includes:</li><li>Taking photographs and videos at construction sites, of our products, and team.</li><li>Creating graphics, infographics, and Reels using tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.</li><li>Writing compelling captions and copy.</li><li>Platform Management: Manage and oversee all company social media accounts. Schedule and publish content daily to build a strong online presence.</li><li>Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all platforms in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, leads generated) weekly to optimize strategy.</li><li>Documentation: Assist in creating and managing basic quotation documents and invoices for sales made.</li></ul>2. Sales &amp; Business Development:<ul><li>Lead Generation: Use digital channels and on-ground field visits to generate new sales leads.</li><li>Door-to-Door Sales: Actively conduct field sales visits, including door-to-door canvassing, to builders, contractors, architects, and construction companies across Lahore.</li><li>Sales Process: Assist in the entire sales cycle from initial contact and presentation to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.</li><li>Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships within the construction industry.</li><li>Market Intelligence: Gather and report on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.</li></ul>Who You Are (Requirements &amp; Qualifications):Must-Haves:<ul><li>Proven experience (1-2 years) in a combined role involving social media management and field sales.</li><li>A strong portfolio of content you have created (e.g., Instagram handle, graphic design samples).</li><li>An interest in and familiarity with using emerging AI tools (e.g., for content ideation, image generation, copywriting, or video editing) to improve efficiency and results is a significant plus.</li><li>Basic knowledge of the construction industry (e.g., familiarity with common building materials, construction phases, key players).</li><li>Own a personal laptop for content creation and a smartphone with a high-quality camera.</li><li>Own reliable personal conveyance (motorcycle/car) and a valid driver's license for daily travel across Lahore.</li><li>A driven, self-motivated &quot;hustler&quot; mentality with a proven track record of achieving targets.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Urdu and English.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin) for business.</li><li>Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush).</li><li>Basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel for quotations and tracking).</li></ul>Educational Background:<ul><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>However, we prioritize skills and attitude over degrees.
