The Fit-Out Engineer is responsible for managing and executing interior fit-out projects, ensuring all work meets design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role requires coordination with clients, designers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.</li><li>Prepare shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate site activities for partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and other interior finishes.</li><li>Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.</li><li>Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.</li><li>Resolve site issues and provide technical solutions promptly.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and report on progress to project managers and clients.</li><li>Maintain clear documentation of changes, approvals, and site instructions.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in fit-out, interior, or joinery projects.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.</li><li>Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, and construction methods.</li><li>Excellent coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Driving License is a must</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
