*** Stay Arrangements on site is availableKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversees the entire construction process from planning to completion, ensuring projects meet quality standards and project plans.</li><li>Manages and coordinates construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks, providing direction, and fostering a productive work environment.</li><li>Enforces safety protocols, ensures compliance with building codes and regulations, and conducts regular site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.</li><li>Conducts field inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards, and addresses deficiencies as needed.</li><li>Develops and monitors project schedules, coordinates work activities to prevent delays, and adjusts plans as necessary to meet deadlines.</li><li>Monitors and controls project expenses, tracks material usage, and ensures the project stays within the allocated budget.</li><li>Maintains accurate daily logs, records, progress reports, and handles necessary paperwork and documentation.</li><li>Liaises with various stakeholders, including clients, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors, to report on progress, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
