The Role
As our Sales Manager, you&rsquo;ll be the driving force behind our sales department. You&rsquo;ll lead, coach, and develop our sales team, ensure revenue goals are met, and create a culture of performance and accountability while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed goals.</li><li>
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in HVAC and plumbing services.</li><li>
Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide coaching to maximize results.</li><li>
Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion.</li><li>
Onboard, and train new sales team members.</li><li>
Create and maintain a positive, competitive, and team-oriented culture.</li><li>
Foster strong customer relationships through honesty, follow-up, and service excellence.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
5+ years of proven success in sales management.</li><li>
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable.</li><li>
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Data-driven mindset&mdash;comfortable with KPIs, CRM tools, and sales reporting.</li><li>
A customer-first mentality, integrity and trust are non-negotiable.</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.</li></ul>
