 Bumble is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Manager to support the execution and smooth operation of marketing initiatives across the US. You will play a key role in keeping Bumble&rsquo;s marketing engine running efficiently, supporting campaign planning, managing budgets and invoices, and ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment.
 
 
 
 This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for marketing processes, organization, and collaboration.  You&rsquo;ll work closely with teams across Creative, Media, Partnerships, and Finance to manage workflows, track budgets, and optimize day-to-day operations for maximum efficiency.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 Campaign &amp; Cultural Marketing Support
 
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Support the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and favorability for Bumble Date
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Bring a strong Gen Z lens to campaign planning, ensuring ideas feel culturally relevant and resonate with younger audiences
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Stay ahead of emerging trends, creators, and talent &amp;mdash; proactively pitching timely, on-brand opportunities for Bumble to show up authentically
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Support the development and ongoing management of Bumble&rsquo;s creator, influencer, and celebrity roster
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Identify and track up-and-coming talent that aligns with Bumble&rsquo;s brand and Gen Z audiences
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Support execution of IRL brand events, including on-the-ground coordination and experience support
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Contribute to merchandise strategy, helping ensure products are culturally relevant, desirable, and aligned with Gen Z tastes
 </li>

 Marketing Operations &amp; Project Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Support end-to-end marketing operations and project management across campaigns, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and approvals stay on track
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Manage shared team calendars and coordinate cross-functional alignment across stakeholders
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Coordinate cross-functional meetings, capturing clear notes, next steps, and ownership
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Maintain agendas and track action items for weekly agency and internal status meetings
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Help refine marketing processes and documentation to improve efficiency, clarity, and consistency
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Manage invoices end-to-end &amp;mdash; collecting vendor details, submitting for approval, and tracking payment status
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Open and manage purchase orders (POs) to ensure accurate financial tracking and compliance
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Assist with budget tracking and reconciliation in partnership with Finance and internal stakeholders
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Support onboarding and coordination of new vendors and agency partners
 </li>

 Data, Insights &amp; Optimization
 
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Gather and synthesize campaign performance data into clear weekly and monthly insights and recommendations
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Leverage AI tools to support research, reporting, and creative ideation while applying strong judgment and data responsibility
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Maintain ongoing category and competitive intelligence, identifying trends, whitespace, and opportunities for Bumble
 </li>

 About You

 2+ years of professional experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or marketing administration, ideally within a fast-paced, creative environment
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Familiarity with invoicing systems, purchase order workflows, and budget tracking tools
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders with clarity and precision
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Comfort working across teams and time zones, with an emphasis on collaboration and follow-through
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with project management platforms&nbsp;
 </li>
 
 <li>
 A proactive mindset and ability to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
 </li>
