<div></div><div><b>Job Responsibilities</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Develop and implement purchasing strategies in alignment with company goals.</li>
<li>Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and terms.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.</li>
<li>Oversee the purchase order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods.</li>
<li>Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make informed purchasing decisions.</li>
<li>Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Coordinate with logistics and tech teams to optimize storage and distribution.</li>
<li>Prepare and present inventory and purchasing reports to senior management</li>
<li>Manage budget for the purchasing and inventory department, ensuring cost-effective operations.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation and distribution of production schedules and work orders.</li>
<li>Maintain and update manufacturing records and databases.</li>
<li>Coordinate with different departments to ensure the timely flow of materials and information.</li>
<li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to production processes.</li>
<li>Create and maintain inventory management by tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit reports on production activities and performance metrics.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing meetings and preparing agendas and minutes.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the manufacturing team, including data entry and filing.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in documentation.</li>

<b>Job Requirements</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and QuickBooks</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li>
<li>Ability to lead and manage a team effectively</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and purchasing best practices</li>
<li>Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management</li>
<li>Ability to forecast inventory needs and manage budget constraints</li>
<li>Understanding of supply chain procedures and logistics</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li>
