At Bunge, we are looking for a <b>Trade Contracts Specialist </b>to join our team in Egypt. In this role, you will own and safeguard the accuracy and integrity of contracts across their lifecycle. You will act as a key control point, ensuring that contractual agreements are correctly reflected and aligned with pricing, invoicing, and related activities, in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.</div><br>

This role is focused on <b>contract accuracy</b>, <b>compliance</b>, and <b>validation</b>, while working in close coordination and alignment with commodity trade execution.</div>

<div><b>What you will do</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Review and validate commodity purchase and sales confirmations entered by traders into SAP.</li>
<li>Ensure all contracts accurately reflect agreed commercial terms and contain complete and correct clauses.</li>
<li>Validate contract pricing against agreed terms in close collaboration with trading and finance teams.</li>
<li>Work closely with finance to <b>verify invoicing accuracy</b> and ensure alignment with contract conditions.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency between contracts, pricing data, and supporting financial and operational documentation.</li>
<li>Review contracts with field offices, brokers, and third-party counterparties.</li>
<li>Generate and validate third-party sales contracts in internal systems.</li>
<li>Confirm contracts with external counterparties in a timely and professional manner.</li>
<li>Monitor contract status in SAP and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Maintain and apply business rules governing contract structures and clauses.</li>
<li>Act as a key control point, ensuring downstream activities remain aligned with contractual agreements.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.</li>
<li>Support knowledge sharing and onboarding within the team.</li>
</ul>
<p></p><div><b>What you bring</b></div>

Required</b></div>
<ul>
<li><b>Minimum 3&ndash;4 years of experience</b> in contract administration or a similar role within a commercial, finance, or supply chain environment.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in <b>Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field</b>.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of <b>contract lifecycle management</b>, with exposure to pricing and invoicing processes.</li>
<li>Experience working with <b>SAP (or similar ERP systems)</b> &mdash; strongly preferred and highly beneficial given system complexity.</li>
<li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a structured way of working.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to reconcile and validate complex data.</li>
<li>Proficiency in <b>Microsoft Office, especially Excel</b>.</li>
<li><b>Fluency in English (written and spoken)</b> is required.</li></ul><br>

<b>Preferred</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of <b>FOSFA and/or GAFTA contracts</b>.</li>
<li>General knowledge of Incoterms is considered a plus.</li>
<li>Experience in <b>agricultural commodities, trading, or supply chain environments</b>.</li>
<li>Experience working in an <b>international or multicultural organization</b>.</li>

A Day in the Life:
</b></p><p>The Assistant Manager is responsible for supervising and actively participating in the efficient and profitable operation of the market centre. This role oversees key facility functions including receiving, cleaning, drying, storing, shipping, and quality control activities. By coordinating staff, managing inventories, monitoring costs, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, the Assistant Manager plays a vital role in driving operational efficiency, product integrity, and strong customer relationships.</p><p></p><p><b>
What You'll Be Doing:
</b></p><div><ul><li>Supervise and participate in all facility operations, including receiving, cleaning, drying, storing, and shipping of products.</li><li>
Assign, supervise, and evaluate staff performance, ensuring work activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule; provide input into employee performance reviews.</li><li>
Monitor product condition and quality, ensuring all products meet end‑user specifications and customer requirements.</li><li>
Maintain a current understanding of customer and end‑user requirements to ensure product compliance.</li><li>
Ensure processing and warehousing standards are met, maintaining compliance with quality controls, ISO, and HACCP requirements.</li><li>
Monitor facility and processing costs, recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.</li><li>
Maintain ongoing communication with Logistics teams to ensure adequate inventory levels to meet shipping requirements.</li><li>
Maintain samples of processed grain inventories for quality verification and tracking.</li><li>
Conduct regular housekeeping and maintenance inspections, ensuring facility cleanliness and performance standards are met.</li><li>
Coordinate operations with maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and operating results.</li><li>
Perform regular inventory checks to ensure proper warehousing and product maintenance.</li><li>
Promote strong customer relationships by delivering high service levels and ensuring shipment quality.</li><li>
Support cross‑training and coverage, performing other operational roles during staff absences to maintain operational efficiency.</li><li>
Perform other duties as required to support safe and efficient facility operations.</li></ul></div><p></p><p><b>
Skills/Experience Requirements:
</b></p><ul><li>Post‑secondary degree in Agri‑Business.</li><li>
Minimum four (4) years of related supervisory experience.</li><li>
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of grain regulations and industry policies.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Proven ability to plan, organize, and coordinate staff activities effectively.</li><li>
WHMIS and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification required.</li><li>
Physical ability to perform duties within a grain elevator environment, including good eyesight and color perception.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
