Take ownership
As our Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you&rsquo;ll play a critical role in our product's success. Your mission is to thoughtfully test, find unique ways to break features, and champion the user's perspective to guarantee a stable, world-class product.<ul><li>
Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, perform risk analysis, and create robust test cases to champion a seamless, intuitive, and bug-free user experience.</li><li>
Take full ownership of quality for our AI-powered features by evaluating LLMs, validating data quality for AI inputs, and creatively testing for edge cases to ensure our AI is always helpful and accurate.</li><li>
Conduct deep technical testing by analyzing backend services through API testing (Postman, Insomnia) and investigating root causes of issues with advanced log analysis (Kibana, Datadog, Sentry).</li></ul><ul><li>
Proven experience in Quality Assurance, with an expert ability to design effective test strategies, perform risk analysis, and create detailed test cases.</li><li>
Strong technical testing skills, including hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia) and log analysis platforms (Kibana, Datadog, Sentry).</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in testing AI/ML systems, with a strong understanding of LLM evaluation techniques and data validation. ISTQB&reg; Certified Tester &ndash; AI Testing (CT-AI) is a plus.</li><li>
A user-obsessed and proactive mindset with strong analytical skills to thoughtfully test, break features, and champion the user's perspective.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, global team.</li></ul>

Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

As our Internal Process Fixer, you will be the driving force behind our operational excellence. Your mission is to analyze, redesign, and automate the internal processes that our teams or users rely on every day.
Take ownership
As an Internal Process Fixer, you will work across the entire organization to identify bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and build scalable solutions.<ul><li>
Dive deep into our internal workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and pain points that hinder team performance and success.</li><li>
Design, build, and maintain robust automated workflows using low-code platforms (like n8n) and custom scripts to eliminate manual tasks and streamline operations from end to end.</li><li>
Translate raw operational data into clear, actionable insights. You will create dashboards and reports for process owners and team leads to enable data-driven decision-making.</li><li>
Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their challenges, gather requirements for process improvements, and effectively manage the implementation of new solutions.</li><li>
You have a solid understanding of software development concepts and hands-on experience using APIs. You don't need to be a senior developer, but you can read code and understand how systems interact.</li></ul><ul><li>
Proven experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make). Direct experience with n8n is a major plus, and familiarity with BPMN is a bonus.</li><li>
You are a clear and concise communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of building relationships and getting buy-in from teams across the organization. Fluency in English is essential.</li><li>
You are a proactive problem-solver who naturally challenges the status quo. You don't just execute tasks; you are always looking for opportunities to improve processes.</li><li>

Your mission is to ensure our tools empower our teams to work more efficiently and contribute effectively to our North Star.
Take ownership
As an Internal Tools Fixer, be responsible for analyzing our current toolset, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement, and driving changes that make a real impact.<ul><li>
Proactively gather and analyze decentralized data to identify internal tool problems and spot inefficiencies, engaging directly with teams and tool owners to understand their challenges.</li><li>
Expertly guide users through internal tool changes, such as deprecations or new roll-outs, by providing effective communication, clear documentation, and hands-on training.</li><li>
Design, build, and maintain automated, user-centric processes and workflows, leveraging internal tools like n8n to streamline operations.</li><li>
You have a solid understanding of software concepts with hands-on experience using APIs. While you don't need to be a developer, you can comfortably read code and understand how systems connect.</li></ul><ul><li>

As our Internal Auditor focusing on Regulatory Compliance risks, you&rsquo;ll take ownership by:<ul><li>
Running regulatory compliance audits and advisory reviews across banking regulations, data protection, AML/KYC, operational risk, and regulatory reporting.</li><li>
Identifying and helping fix gaps and root causes, not just symptoms. Your recommendations will be spot on, driven by in-depth Root Cause Analysis (like the 5-Whys).</li><li>
Turning insights into action, ensuring every recommendation is tangible, measurable, time-bound, and followed through to completion.</li><li>
Continuously monitoring corrective action plans and keeping stakeholders engaged.</li><li>
Evaluating AI usage in compliance areas and building your own AI agents.</li><li>
Protecting user trust, balancing strong regulatory compliance with efficiency and a great user experience.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Compliance Audit Expertise: You have a strong knowledge of EU regulatory compliance frameworks, including banking regulations, AML/CFT, and data protection.</li><li>
User-First Mindset: You understand that compliance exists to protect users - not just regulators.</li><li>
Root Cause Thinking: You&rsquo;re experienced with Root Cause Analysis, especially in higher-risk scenarios.</li><li>
